Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
It usually takes about 24 hours from when the order is placed for it to ship. When we experience increased sales volumes, typically around the holiday season, it may take up to 48 hours before we can dispatch the order.
How long does delivery take?
Packages are sent via Korea Post. The Standard shipping service is typically 7 to 10 business days (from the day we ship) and the Expedited shipping service is typically 3 to 5 business days (from the day we ship).
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to over 150 countries; chaisbag.com uses Korea Post for international shipping.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirming the shipment. This confirmation email will also provide you the package tracking information.
